Problem with starter motor behind Dodge Charger recall

A possible short circuit in the positive cable at the starter motor is behind Chrysler's recall of 4,051 model year 2013 Dodge Challenger vehicles equipped with a V6 engine The problem could lead to a vehicle fire.
