Crosswalk painting to occur when weather dries, warms up

Dear Street Smarts, Q: The crosswalk at Portola Drive and 26th Avenue is not visible to many drivers approaching from the west from Corcoran Lagoon, and there is no signage. This is due to the uphill grade. I've experienced this issue both as a driver and a pedestrian.
