Learn more about the proposed scenic trail on Community TV

Learn more about the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission's Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail Network project this month on Community Television. The RTC's fifth offering of it's Transportation Café television program is providing an overview of the planning process behind building the proposed bicycle and pedestrian multi-use transportation trail network that will eventually warp around the Monterey Bay and increase coastal access. Among the discussion items will be how the project went from being called a "rail trail" to a "coastal trail." This edition of the Transportation Café also will feature a short segment on Commute Solutions' Cash for Carpools program, which offers rewards for people logging 12 or more round-trips in a new carpool.
