Wires down, power out along Jamison Creek in SLV

A tree on Jamison Creek Road just west of Highway 236 is falling, taking down power lines with it.
The problem was reported just before 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Power is reportedly out in the area, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Various agencies have been alerted to the problem, including County Public Works and PG&E.
Meanwhile, the nearby Caltrans traffic light at Highway 236 and Fernwood Place -- where the roadway is washed out -- is not working. Caltrans crews have been notified of the malfunction. It's not clear if the power issues in the area are impacting the Caltrans signal.
