Good viewers of the Sentinel multimedia blog,
We’ve added a new video player to the Sentinel web site. We’ve installed a Brightcove player, which allows you to view video on the home page, to easily share video, to embed it in your own page or blog, to email it with one click, or to subscribe on RSS feed.

We hope it’s a better experience for you, and a little more visually pleasing.
New video will be posted through that player, and you can find it on the Sentinel home page, but this blog will remain active as an archive and as home to slide shows. We’ve posted more than 500 videos and slide shows on this blog in the past two years. Here are links to some of our favorites:

Ah, I must have located the video before you fully set up the code (yesterday, maybe). Some video was playing on the front page, with no explanation why. Now, I see that there is a menu of video choices. Much better.
