Well, it doesn’t really TAKE a genius to know not to use flash photography in a wildlife rescue center. Especially once you see the poor bird freak out, then you go and take another photo with the flash STILL on, even though you are in a well-lit room and the animals should be the first priority, not your precious photo that you took with all auto settings engaged. The nice things about living in a small town environment outweigh the problems, but really, it is sad that we can’t get a higher level of professionalism in our local media on any consistent basis.
