What a beautiful thing to watch. I was fortunate enough to see the kayakers practicing all week before this event I never even knew existed. Thanks for making my week extra special!!!

I wish those damn kayaker boats and their little hats would stay out of the board surf spots ! ! !

ever been run over by a kayak with fins which is dropping in out of control on a set wave in a crowd…it s*&cks big time…
yakers…you’ve brought your sport up by leaps and bounds in the last ten years…but wouldn’t pidgeon point be a better place for a contest? I’ve paddled it plenty and there are some nice waves there…and no board surfers or angry locals…plus..think about how “x” treme the marketing campaign could be!!! cover of outside mag, no doubt!!
