The new law AB 2020, regarding driving under the influence no longer gives people who are pulled over on suspicion of driving while drugged the option of giving a urine test. Now, only blood tests will be offered. Prior to this law, DUI suspects could choose between blood or urine. The information in Thursday’s column was incorrect.
