Come April 1, law enforcement agencies across the state will be on the lookout for distracted, “zombie-like” drivers.
April is designated National Distracted Driving Awareness Month and the CHP, Sen. Joe Simitian, Caltrans, the Office of Traffic Safety will be among those to make that announcement at a morning press conference today in Sacramento.
The event will come complete with actors in full driver zombie make-up and character.
