Stand-up paddlers cruise under the sun into Santa Cruz Harbor Monday, as temperature neared the 80 degrees bar. But the weekend heat wave is over, the National Weather Service said. Tuesday should see patchy fog coming in before 11am. The weather should then be cloudy, before gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 70.
