I am also a newbie Santa Cruzian from the east coast, and I too would love an explanation for this vehicle. I have tried many times to take pictures of this to no avail. I’m so glad to find it here on this blog!

Well the story starts in the 60′s and involves way too much LSD.

To all you trannies…Santa Cruz is a messed up place, and because it’s also a magnet for mentally ill homeless and illegal aliens, all burdens (who are draining the government coffers at the expense of basic infrastructure).nnIt’s quite obvious this van belongs to a nutcase, which you may also be if you moved out here. It should be reported to the highway patrol for inspection and possible abatement.
