I have not met any of you in person and yet I feel intimately connected. Thank you for sharing your experiences, so genuinely, so deeply, do personally. I am moved to tears every time I explore your site and when I read your journals to my children. The ripple effects of this project are felt around the world.

I am in Canada and everyone in my small circle has been expanded because of your experience.

Thank you.

Thank you Mt. Madonna and Sadanand for making this possible. Having gotten to share the last seven years with this group of fine young people, I am amazed, overwhelmed and moved to tears of joy by this experience. Reading of their travels and seeing them meet powerful people. Seeing them work as a TEAM while playing volleyball. These are the youth we are entrusting our world to and I think, I'm okay with that.
Go forth Noble Youth and save the world! :)

We are friends of John-Nuri's parents who have lived in India for a year, who study with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and are thinking of starting a school like Mt. Madonna in the Boston area. We are so incredibly moved by all of your writing! Thank you so much for sharing about your amazing trip in such a heartfelt way. We literally cried through every day's entries and felt like we were right along with you. We will be at Mt. Madonna for the Ramayana in June and simply can't wait to meet all of you from there who were part of this project. Jai Ma!

Upon hearing about your upcoming trip from my cousin, Richard Nanas, I remembered the thrill of seeing the Dalai Lama twice in Santa Barbara. But that does not even touch the thrill you have had to see him in his element, with the other devoted ones.
I am so appreciative of your courage and vision, to share this experience of peace at a time of such need for peace! Thanks also to the Vissells for spreading the word throughout their network, which is how it reached me.The radiance of your faces will touch many hearts.
Namaste,
Susan Tova, Santa Ynez CA

To my grandson John-Nuri: I am so proud of your talents which include your writing ability. But more than that, I am happy that you discern and appreciate goodness and truth as with this experience with the Dali Lama. Life is so complex and offers so many paths and opportunities that I am grateful that, at your early age, you respond to honest emotions. God bless you. With much love, Grandma Helen
