WATSONVILLE – Two men were ticketed Tuesday afternoon after allegedly agreeing to buy alcohol for minors, Watsonville police reported.
With help from a decoy, James Sulay was arrested at Cork-n-Bottle on Main Street about 4 p.m. About 30 minutes later, Jose Betanzo was cited at a store in the 900 block of East Lake Avenue.
Watsonville police received a grant from the state Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control allowing them to conduct periodic stings aimed to decrease underage drinking.

Good… Now when they are done with that they can start letting liquor shop venders knocking in the heads of the idiots that “Steal” beer from the stores and run out the door.
