Cressey, owner and co-founder of Cressey Performance, is a leading expert on baseball-specific training and has worked with some of the best players in the game, including Curt Schilling, Kevin Youkilis, and Tim Collins. Similar to the programs Wolfe develops, Cressey’s programs are designed to improve the essential elements of the sport — strength, power, speed, agility and quickness.
Cressey has trained more than 70 professional baseball players. Last month in Anaheim, he was one of the keynote speakers at the American Coaches’ Baseball Clinic Association Convention.
Also helped with the clinic will be three of Wolfe’s clients, Jordan Talbot, a senior at Aptos High who signed with Cal, and minor leaguers Kevin Eichhorn and Bobby Crocker.
